I Help Women Answer Two Questions Midlife Never Comes With:
"What do I actually do?"
"Who can I actually trust?"
If you've landed here, chances are you've tried the clean eating, the supplements, the discipline. You've seen multiple specialists. And you're still left piecing together advice from people who each see only their piece of the puzzle but nobody's connecting the full picture. That's a missing roadmap problem.
Here's what separates me: I'm not teaching from a certification. I'm teaching from 30 years of living it in my own body, every single day. I've been evolving my habits as I age because I have a lot to do, and I need to feel like myself to do it. That's not a wellness philosophy. That's just how I operate.
Your daily habits are the starting point. Not the complicated protocols, not the advanced interventions — the daily habits your body actually runs on. I connect the dots across what you eat, how you sleep, how you move, and what your hormones are doing so you stop collecting information and start knowing exactly what to do next.
That's what I do.

My Philosophy: Foundation First, always.
I learned this at 14. You don't solve a complex health problem by adding more protocols. You solve it by fixing what's holding everything up.
Just like a house, your health only holds if the foundation is solid. We don't start with advanced interventions. We start with your daily habits — sleep, blood sugar, movement, stress, what you're putting in and on your body, and what you're not. We get the essentials steady first. Then we layer in what's specific to you.
That's not the slow road. It's the only road that actually leads somewhere.
You got this. I got you.

Who I Am: and why I can help you
I was diagnosed with Crohn's disease in 1994, at fourteen, after months of no one figuring out what was wrong and had surgery during my spring break of sophomore year. The medical plan was medication — forever.
I decided to make a different call. When I learned about the power of food as medicine and self-care practices, something clicked. I looked at food as medicine before that phrase was a marketing line. I learned young and out of necessity that the body gives you signals, and if you learn to read them instead of suppress them, everything changes.
That was 30 years ago. I haven't looked back.
And it set the course for everything. My goal has always been the same: to sift through the wellness noise and hand women what actually works clearly, in the right order, for the body they have right now.
I didn't go straight into wellness. I spent years in corporate luxury retail — Gucci to Cartier — Built a jewelry concierge and ran it for 13 years. Then I co-founded Salthaus in New York City, one of the first social wellness spaces for all ages in the country, built on the belief that healing shouldn't be gatekept by age. Wellness is better when we do it together.
Then midlife hit me. My body started doing things I didn't recognize. The playbook I'd used for years stopped working. My hormones were shifting, my energy was inconsistent, and nothing I was doing was connecting to why. So I did what I always do: I went back in. I tested. I experimented on myself. I connected the dots across hormones, sleep, metabolism, and daily habits and I built a new map.
That map became The Well Drop.
I say all of this so you understand: I'm not teaching from a textbook. I'm teaching from the map I built by necessity, over decades, with my own body and the people I love most on the line.
That's why women trust me. Not because I have the most certifications, though I have a handful to cross-check my method, from holistic health coaching to peptide therapy, perimenopause, fasting, and breathwork. I've been exactly where you are. Frustrated by conflicting advice. Exhausted from trying everything. Wondering why nothing is connecting.
I figured out how to find my way through. Now I help you find yours.
You got this. I got you.

My Mission
Help women stop outsourcing their health decisions to whoever has the loudest voice and start trusting their own body's signals.
Because when a woman understands what her body is asking for, everything changes. She stops reacting and starts leading.
She stops guessing and starts knowing.
You got this. I got you.
